Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is decent, with a clean environment and comfortable rooms. The breakfast variety is a highlight, especially with the addition of champagne. However, the dining experience can be confusing due to a lack of labels on buffet items, and the service doesn't consistently meet expectations. The facilities are enjoyable, particularly the rooftop pool which offers a nice atmosphere but lacks some basic maintenance.
The hotel provided a comfortable and modern stay with spacious rooms and efficient service. However, I found some noise disturbances from adjacent rooms and a shower that was not adequately designed for comfort. The location is a bit further from downtown Porto, but using Uber or the bus makes commuting manageable. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for business travelers.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, but it didn't quite meet the 5-star expectations. The rooms were okay, although a bit noisy, and the rooftop pool was a nice touch but unheated. On the upside, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the transport options were really convenient, especially during a taxi strike. However, the breakfast situation was chaotic and the variety left much to be desired.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the breakfast, which had a fantastic variety. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the location, while manageable, required a bit of transport to get into the heart of the city, which was slightly inconvenient for my liking.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel is clean and boasts spacious rooms, the unpleasant service I experienced left a sour taste. The location was decent, not too far from attractions, but could definitely use more convenience in reaching the city center. Additionally, the breakfast selection was rather impressive, making it one of the highlights of my stay.
