The hotel is decent, with a clean environment and comfortable rooms. The breakfast variety is a highlight, especially with the addition of champagne. However, the dining experience can be confusing due to a lack of labels on buffet items, and the service doesn't consistently meet expectations. The facilities are enjoyable, particularly the rooftop pool which offers a nice atmosphere but lacks some basic maintenance.

The location is a bit further from downtown Porto, but using Uber or the bus makes commuting manageable. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for business travelers.
